What to look at in your app

  1. Today's solar (kWh) – compare with other sunny days, not with yesterday's clouds.
  2. Battery % – should be close to full by late afternoon on a sunny day.
  3. Alarms / events – any new warning? Screenshot it and send it to us.

Frequently asked

Emergency

Smoke, sparks or a burning smell

  1. Move everyone away from the inverter, battery and panels.
  2. If it is safe to reach, switch off the main switch on the distribution board.
  3. Never use water on electrical equipment or lithium batteries.
  4. Call the fire brigade, then call Densys.
  5. Don't open the inverter or battery – they can hold dangerous voltage even when off.
